Karapusa

Karapusa is a popular crunchy snack from South India. It is a spicy, crispy treat made from rice flour, gram flour, and a variety of spices. Karapusa is similar to Ribbon Pakodi but tends to have a simpler, straightforward flavor with the focus on the heat from the chili powder and the crispiness from the deep frying. It's commonly prepared during festivals like Diwali, Ugadi, and also for casual snacking.
